Here is an explanation of our shipping policies:
Our standard "Free shipping" option uses USPS Ground Advantage Shipping, which may take up to 10 business days for delivery from the moment you receive your "Shipped" notification.
If you choose to upgrade your shipping, we offer either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Shipping. The delivery time for upgraded shipping can range from 1 to 5 business days, depending on the specific shipping method you selected and paid for.
Please note that shipping time is separate from our turnaround time. For example, if our turnaround time is 3 to 5 days and shipping time is 5 business days: If you place an order on a Friday, the turnaround time begins on the following Monday. We would then have until that coming Friday to complete and mark your order as "SHIPPED." After that, you would count the next 5 business days to receive your item, meaning you would receive it on the Friday following that Monday.
